Most files are transcribed in under 5 minutes. Longer files (2+ hours) may take up to 10-15 minutes. The page updates automatically so you can check back anytime.

What if my file is only 15 minutes long?

No problem. The minimum charge is $2 per file, which covers up to 1 hour. So a 15-minute file still costs $2, but a 75-minute file would cost $2.50.

How accurate is the transcription?

We use OpenAI's Whisper model, which delivers state-of-the-art accuracy across 90+ languages. Results vary based on audio quality, but clear recordings typically achieve 95%+ accuracy.

What happens if a transcription fails?

If a transcription fails for any reason on our end, you'll receive an automatic full refund. No questions asked.

What file formats are supported?

We support all common audio and video formats: MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, FLAC, OGG, WebM, and Opus. Maximum file size is 2GB.

What happens to my files after transcription?

Your audio and video files are automatically deleted from our servers after processing is complete. We only retain the transcript text.
